The Salvation Army SAFES at Fairbridge recognizes and honors everyone's basic human and economic rights.
SAFES believes that these rights include shelter, food, safety, dignity, respect, and community.
Together as staff, volunteers, and residents, SAFES is creating a community where those who were previously defined as "chronically homeless" are becoming self-sufficient and are obtaining permanent housing.
The Dormitory Style Shelter includes:
- 50 short-term shelter beds
- Advocacy and case management
- Financial assistance
- Shower and bathroom facilities
- Laundry access
- Life skills groups
- Transportation resources available as needed
